Bodywork & COVID-19: What to expect during your session

Here is an outline of what to expect during your bodywork session as we continue to take precautions to keep each other safe and healthy.
Please cancel your appointment if you have any flu or cold symptoms and/or have suspected/known exposure to COVID-19 within the last 14 days. Cancellation fees due to illness or exposure are waived.
I am currently masking while working with people on the table; this means that I will greet and chat with you before your session without a mask (unless you’d prefer I wear a mask the entire appt), and then will mask as you are on the table. Masks are optional for clients.
Upon arrival, please use hand sanitizer or wash hands prior to session.
There will be a HEPA air purifier running in the room during your session and if appropriate, a window may be open as well.
My schedule allows for additional time in between sessions for sanitizing and airing out of the treatment room. All linens are changed and the massage table and face cradle are disinfected after each session.
New clients are asked to complete intake paperwork prior to first appointment.
